Overview
We’re looking for an Account Manager with a strong background in email marketing campaign execution and cross-department collaboration. The primary focus is on client communication, managing internal workflows, campaign performance, and project timelines to ensure successful launches and seamless execution of project requests. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and coordinating end-to-end email campaigns, ensuring smooth execution across internal teams. Supporting senior team members, the Account Manager serves as client teams day-to-day contact, fields questions, brings clarity to campaign delivery needs and adds value at all stages.
Responsibilities
Client Management:
Serve as a point of contact for select client accounts, providing updates and ensuring campaign expectations are met.
Gather feedback and translate client requests into actionable tasks for internal teams.
Build trust and solid relationships with clients, serve as their as day-to-day contact, sometimes across multiple clients/lines of business.
Partner and collaborate with other Agency Departments on project deliverables, to ensure the best work is always going to the clients.
Set your Agency Team up for success at every turn – anticipate the needs of your teammates and get them the information they need to do their job most successfully.
Campaign Management & Execution:
Oversee the planning, development, and execution of email marketing campaigns across various industries.
Work closely with creative teams, development, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals and best practices.
Share client presentations, edits, creative changes from client to internal teams.
Ensure all campaign assets (email templates, lists, automation flows, etc.) are properly set up and QA’d before launch.
Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions), and recommend optimization strategies.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Work with the analytics team to pull data insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
Project & Ad Hoc Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Coordinate last-minute client requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth execution of ad hoc tasks.
Communicate schedules and project deliverables to client and internal teams.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in email marketing account management within an agency or fast-paced environment.
Experience managing cross-functional teams to execute email campaigns successfully.
Be able to form trusting relationships internally and externally.
Results focused with ability to multi-task and prioritize within a dynamic environment.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
Strong organization and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation Range: $51,900 - $62,300 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
