Due to growth and customer demand, CommScope is looking to add a Partner Account Manager to our Connectivity and Cable Solutions business unit. The candidate must be located on the East Coast.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World.

Reporting into our Americas Partner Leader, this role is responsible for the relationship with our largest partners in NAR. You will act as the liaison between the partner and our local sales teams where the partner conducts business nationally. Revenue growth is vital as we will look to you to grow revenue for 8-10 partners equaling $35-$50M in revenue. In scope, proficiencies include – Collaboration, Business Insight, Customer Focus, Management of Complexity, Interpersonal Savvy and Communicates Effectively.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • High School Diploma and 5+ years of proven sales experience with a technical understanding of fiber and copper solutions, and a basic understanding of DAS and Wi-Fi solutions.

  • Ability to strategically run large, sophisticated accounts and grow the territory.

  • The evolved ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization.

  • Expert ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with existing customers and grow existing revenue streams.

  • A history of working with a CRM and using standard sales methodology.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, willing to act with expert interpersonal skills.
