Amazon Learning Experience Designer, Selling Partner Support LXD Team in Virtual Location - Washington, Washington

Selling Partner Support (SPS) is responsible for creating a trustworthy shopping experience across Amazon stores worldwide by protecting customers, brands, selling partners and Amazon from fraud, counterfeit, and abuse as well as empowering, providing world‐class support, and building loyalty with Amazon’s millions of Selling Partners. The SPS Learning Experience Design (LXD) team owns and delivers high-quality and engaging learning experiences for 18,000+ associates (inhouse and outsource) across SP Support network in 3 major regions, 10 countries and 36 sites. The team leads analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of all learning content that include 150+ curricula offered in three languages (English, Chinese, Japanese) supporting all Amazon stores globally.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role will build our next generation learning programs for Amazon’s SPS Associates. These Associates serve the Selling Partners who provide a significant portion of Amazon’s amazing product selection. You will prepare front-line associates through the design and build of remote learning programs that work anywhere, anytime. We believe that every employee interaction builds trust, increases performance and drives engagement to enable extraordinary Selling Partner experiences. We are looking for Learning Experience Designers who feels the same way.

The Learning Experience Designer will:

· Design and develop bar-raising learning associate-facing programs using ADDIE and Agile methodologies.

· Build asynchronous and/or instructor-led classroom and remote classroom programs, performance assessments, surveys, and learning programs.

· Partner with operations and program leaders to align our learning programs with the expected business outcomes.

· Optimize the use of learning technologies that help us scale.

· Embed data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout our learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights into the Associate Learning Experience. Lead efforts to drive continuous performance improvement from those insights.

· Design and transform blended remote and self-paced learning programs.

· Communicate progress and opportunities through daily huddles and weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.

· Analyze performance data to determine performance and learning objectives that deliver expected business results from new hire and cross-trained Associates.

This is a remote job open to candidates in any U.S.-based location.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
