Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AI Product Analyst to join our innovative product team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between AI technology and product development, focusing on analyzing, evaluating, and enhancing AI-driven products. You’ll work closely with users, data scientists, engineers, and product managers to ensure our AI solutions and models align with business goals and deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Product Features and Analysis : Work with cross-functional teams to define and refine product requirements for AI-driven features and capabilities.

AI Model POC : Assess the data and potential AI models and solutions and recommend solutions and features based on product and business goals.

AI Model Evaluation : Assess the accuracy of AI models (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP, neural networks, LLM) and recommend improvements based on product metrics, user feedback, and business objectives.

Technical Expertise : Use Python and other programming tools to conduct data analysis, build prototypes, and test hypotheses related to AI product features.

Market Research : Stay informed on the latest AI trends, tools, and model architectures, and provide insights to influence our product roadmap.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Serve as a liaison between data scientists, engineers, and product managers to ensure that AI models meet usability, scalability, and accuracy requirements.

User Feedback Integration : Analyze user interaction with AI features, gather feedback, and work with product teams to incorporate improvements.

Documentation : Develop clear documentation and guidelines for AI features to facilitate understanding and alignment across teams.

Basic Required Qualifications:

Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or a related field.

Experience : 2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, AI Product analyst or similar role with a focus on AI-driven products.

AI Knowledge : Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including deep learning, NLP, and computer vision. Hands-on experience with AI model evaluation and troubleshooting.

Technical Skills :

• Proficient in Python, with experience using libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

• Experience in data manipulation, data visualization, and statistical analysis.

Business Acumen : Ability to understand business needs, prioritize features, and evaluate trade-offs between performance and user requirements.

Research Skills : Proven ability to stay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements and integrate those insights into product planning.

Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business implications and vice versa.
