This activity consists in delivering quality promotional information on the medicine presented in strict compliance with the MA and ensuring its proper use among health professionals.

    Main activities

    Organize, promote, analyze :

    Guarantee the quality of the promotional information delivered in compliance with the Promotional Information Charter :

    1- E nt r e t enir and a c tu a li s er s es c onn a i ss an c es scientific and regulatory a f i n de m a i n ten i r l e level of c onn a i ss an c es r e q u i s a u r e g a r d of e x i g en c es q u a l i té d e l'ent r e p e a t i s e.

    2- Appropriate and use the material a c tu a l i s e and v a li d é , appearing on the positive list in force approved by the Pharmacist in charge, in order to:

  • Con d u i re des e nt r e t i ens t r u c tu r és,

  • Re ondre a ux de m andes d'i nf o r m at i on des i nte r l o c u t eu r s,

    To ensure proper use:

  • Systematically present and submit the dosage sheet,

  • Systematically present and propose the opinion of the transparency committee,

  • Where appropriate, systematically present and propose all the risk minimisation tools provided for in the risk management plan,

  • Present and submit on request the recommendations of good management practices validated by the ANSM and / or the HAS,

  • If necessary, systematically present and propose the therapeutic information sheet and/or the management order.

    Guarantee the quality of Promotional Information practices :

    1- Apply the e s p r o c e of the e nt r ep r i s e set up in particular within the framework of the Promotional Information Charter and its certification framework,

    2- Respect the rules of ethics according to the 5 requirements of the Promotional Information Charter:

  • Vis-à-vis patients: respect professional secrecy, observe discreet behaviour in waiting areas and do not hinder the provision of care,

  • Vis-à-vis health professionals: observe the reception rules specific to health professionals, liberals and health institutions and maintain relationships in accordance with DMOS rules,

  • Vis-à-vis competing companies: have a speech free of any denigration,

  • Vis-à-vis his company: report without delay any information relating to pharmacovigilance, product quality and / or use not in accordance with proper use,

  • With regard to Health Insurance: present the reimbursable and non-refundable indications of the specialties and the packaging with regard to the costs for the Health Insurance, specify if the specialty presented is subject to a Flat Rate of Liability (TFR).

    3- Respect the rules in force concerning post-marketing medical studies (exclusive limitation to the follow-up of the study).
