Job Title: Mechanical Installer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and physically active Mechanical Installer to join our team. This role involves significant physical activity, including standing and walking all day while handling and moving products. You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, using pallet jacks, and assisting with light housekeeping tasks and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Hand off pods to the Loading/Unloading team

• Perform extensive walking throughout the day

• Use pallet jacks to move products from one place to another

• Load and unload trucks of materials and supplies

• Be on your feet all day, lifting and moving objects

• Assist with light housekeeping tasks

• Help with inventory management

Essential Skills

• Experience with electric pallet jacks

• Proficiency in picking and pallet jacks

• Experience in unloading, mechanical installation, and production assembly

• Skills in material handling, general labor, installation, power tools, hand tools, and construction

Work Environment

The work environment is currently under construction as the facility is being completed. You will be working in a construction environment with port-a-potties and non-climate controlled conditions. The job site is located at Amazon ORF4, Virginia Beach, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
