Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Operator

Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating sit-down forklifts and performing various warehouse duties.

• We are an international freight forwarder and industry leader in providing general and specialized logistics solutions, ensuring the highest standards in supply chain security.

Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for operating sit down forklifts and performing warehouse associate duties day will consist of 50% equipment operation and 50% warehouse duties.

• Accurately pick orders based on customer requirements.

• Utilize RF scanners to track and manage inventory, ensuring accurate data entry and retrieval.

• Pull pallets by SKU, ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient storage.

• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels and identify any discrepancies.

• Work with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to streamline operations, manage inventory, and maintain records.

• Efficiently put away received goods into designated storage locations.

• Repack orders as needed to meet customer specifications and ensure safe transport.

• Create and apply labels to products and packages for identification and tracking.

• Split cases from pallets as required, ensuring items are correctly sorted and stored.

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring all areas are free of debris.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of warehouse and sit-down forklift experience.

• Experience with RF scanners, WMS, and ERP systems.

Shift: Days/1st

• 8:00AM - 5:00PM or 7:00AM - 4:00PM

• Both shifts with a 1-hour lunch break.

• Need to be flexible with specific shift and will need to be open to working the occasional Saturday if needed.

Work Environment

• Located in a climate-controlled, brand new 77,000 sq ft facility, built in 2024.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
