What you'll do:
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees, supervises and/or performs all necessary facility maintenance including but not limited to: building maintenance, new construction and remodel work; electrical and plumbing installation and repairs, HVAC installation and repairs; flooring, roofing, grounds maintenance, irrigation, vehicle fleet and any other general and/or minor requests.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. College preferred.
At least two years of experience supervising five or more employees.
At least four years of experience in the field.
Good interpersonal skills including the ability to interview potential employees if required.
If required to operate a company vehicle during the course of employment, must meet the requirements to
be an eligible ROP driver. Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving
record for the past three (3) years.
Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
