Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized General Clerk to work in Vineland, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities include handling routine office tasks, maintaining records, assisting with data entry, and supporting various departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and mailing.

• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

• Maintain accurate filing systems and update records regularly.

• Assist with data entry tasks and ensure the accuracy of information.

• Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence as required.

• Manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate orders when needed.

• Greet and assist visitors or clients.

• Collaborate with different departments to provide support as needed.

• Ensure confidentiality and security of office files and documents.

• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Prior clerical or office experience preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Basic knowledge of office equipment (copiers, fax machines, etc.).

• Friendly, demeanor with a customer service-oriented attitude.
