The ideal candidate must be able to successfully perform the following, with limited or no supervision:

• Follow written and oral instructions
• Understand and follow all safety and operating procedures
• Measure finished parts and compare to production drawings
• Maintain an overall sense of quality by inspecting parts throughout the run and to ensure they are in line with company quality standards
• Properly identify and handle materials
• Assist machine operators as needed
• Perform daily housekeeping throughout assigned department
