The JAG Specialist is responsible for identifying, recruitment and instructing at-risk youth in achieving skills to be promoted to the next grade level, achieving graduation, and/or making a successful transition from school to a career with advancement opportunities. The employee is responsible for fully implementing the Jobs for Americas Graduates (JAG) model in an assigned school and achieving process standards and performance goals including the summer months. In addition to case load and performance goals the JAG Specialist is responsible for all data entry in the state JAG and Indiana Career Connect systems.
