Requirements: Graduate of a Certified Medical Assistant Program. Maintain current and valid West Virginia CMA License and CPR certification. No experience required. Some experience with a medical records system is a plus but not required. Will complete a background check and drug screen if offered position. Description: Compile, process, and maintain medical records of facility and clinical patients in a manner consistent with medical, administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements of the healthcare system. Classify medical and healthcare concepts, including diagnosis, procedures, medical services, and equipment, into the healthcare industry's numerical coding system. Includes medical coders. Full-time working Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
