Responsibilities:

Payroll administrative duties to include, but not limited to, helpdesk and customer service support.

Account reconciliation and variance analysis.

Assisting in month-end closing, monthly journal entries, budgeting, and cashflow reports.

Maintaining the Finance Division's electronic journal entry files.

Assisting in the continued development and maintenance of Finance related SOP’s, guidelines, polices, and practices.

Preparing quarterly activities fund allocation and monthly unallowable report preparation.

Assisting in Accounts Receivable aging analysis and AR collections.

Entering all purchase requisitions for the Finance Division.

Performing special projects as required.
