Experience:

• Program Manager with proven established success working in a tailored SAFe environment, ideally with experience in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) space.

• Expert experience with defining solution roadmaps

• A proven bridge-builder who establishes strong relationships and rapport with stakeholders, cross-functional leadership, and business customers

Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration.

• Monitor solution performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

• Develop and execute strategies for data protection and network security solutions.

• Evaluate and select vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.

• Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that the credit union's security posture remains strong.

• Define and communicate the overall vision and strategy for the IAM program and solutions.

• Establish standardized solution management processes and metrics.

• Mentor and coach Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to streamline workflows, automate processes, and enhance efficiency.

• Represent the customer voice at the executive level, advocating for their needs and ensuring their feedback is incorporated into solution decisions.

• Monitor and report on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) metrics to ensure that investments in solutions deliver maximum value.

• Analyze the TCO of IAM solutions to identify the most cost-effective options.

• Implement cost-effective mitigation strategies to optimize TCO.

• Set TCO targets for each solution and track progress towards these goals.

• Identify and prioritize opportunities for TCO optimization across the portfolio.

• Develop and implement a vendor management strategy that maximizes value and minimizes costs.

• Communicate TCO performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
