Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Human Resources (HR) Recruiter to join an innovative team in Vienna, Virginia. This entry-level HR role provides an excellent opportunity for growth and is ideal for candidates eager to begin their career in human resources and recruiting. This position is on-site, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist HR staff with day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining employee files and records.

• Organize and schedule interviews, onboarding sessions, and employee trainings.

• Answer employee inquiries related to company policies, benefits, and payroll (with HR direction).

• Prepare and post job ads on various platforms and assist with recruitment efforts.

• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews.

• Source candidates using databases, social media, job boards, etc.

• Screen resumes and job applications and initiate preliminary interviews.

• Will have to administrative duties also.

  Requirements

• Must have 1+ years of administrative/office experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience with recruitment processes and databases.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Good decision-making skills.
