Requires ability to physically move about the manufacturing floor. Working Hours- fulltime (45+ hrs/week) employment. Personal Traits- Good communication abilities and ability to work well with supervisors and employees. Ability to multi-task with conscientious attention to detail and accuracy. Job Duties and Responsibilities Overall responsibility for production processes, meeting production deadlines and managing the manufacturing function. This position is expected to help set the vision and execute strategic plans and direction, lead change efforts, and motivate teams to achieve established goals. Responsible for inventory control and levels. Authority to hire and fire employees subject to company policies. Authority to place purchase requisitions as needed for the day to day operation of the plant. Perform general warehouse duties, material handling, and packaging. Drive company trucks as directed to make deliveries to local customers, to fill in for out-of-state deliveries as needed, or perform other company business. Deliver goods to customers while maintaining professional demeanor including appropriate language, attire and attitude. Daily vehicle inspections and maintain log sheets. Report vehicle maintenance needs. Keep vehicles clean and fueled. Follow appropriate rules of the road for driving each vehicle. Work safely... For full info follow application link.
