Requires ability to physically move about the manufacturing floor. Working Hours- fulltime (45+ hrs/week) employment. Job Duties and Responsibilities Overall responsibility for production processes, meeting production deadlines and managing the manufacturing function. This position is expected to help set the vision and execute strategic plans and direction, lead change efforts, and motivate teams to achieve established goals. Responsible for inventory control and levels. Authority to hire and fire employees subject to company policies. Authority to place purchase requisitions as needed for the day to day operation of the plant. Lead and manage daily operations of the Plant. Manage all Plant personnel (excluding those reporting to other corporate functions) including hiring, onboarding, terminating, performance evaluation, training, work allocation, and problem resolution. Determine manpower and capacity requirements to most efficiently produce products and meet production deadlines. Plan for new products and ensure adequate capacity and capabilities exist.
