Our Madison team has partnered on a search for a Finance Manager in Verona. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Finance Manager will be in a very collaborative role specifically working with the merchandising team. 5+ years of strong finance experience is preferred! Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with various departments to meet profit and sales targets through daily sales analysis, supplier funding examination, and support

• Establish new product pricing, supervise price increase assessments

• Generate reporting benchmarks and scrutinize varied aspects related to organizational performance

• Pinpoint improvement potential in areas like inventory clearance, pricing strategy, supplier's revenue, gross margin, and brand combination

• Oversee brand pricing strategy, approval of deals, and pricing reporting functions; track results and formulate recommendations, ROI analysis, and presentations

• Analyze business metrics to proactively identify risks

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or related field

• 5+ years finance experience, 1+ years in a management position ideally

• Proficiency in Pricing Analysis

• Proven ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports

• Advanced knowledge of financial analysis principles and techniques

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
