Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a skilled SailPoint Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SailPoint administration and Salesforce, with a focus on troubleshooting, entitlement management, and maintaining healthy connections between systems. This role involves working closely with the SailPoint development team and handling manual provisioning for exception users.

Skills and Requirements

-Level 2 experience with SailPoint administration

-Salesforce experience

-SailPoint certifications

-Provision user access

-Modify user access and entitlements

-Perform manual aggregation of users

-Troubleshoot access-related issues

-Fix entitlements/bug/SP UI issues with workarounds found by troubleshooting

-Keep/maintain personas (SailPoint Profiles) up to date

-Keep/maintain users' access without any conflicts/bouncing for ALL connected sources for CAN, GOV and COMM SF orgs

-Field mapping and working with the dev teams SailPoint development experience null
