We are looking for a Greeter/Retail Store Service Associate II to join our team in Venice, FL. This role is centered around providing exceptional support to our store team and customers in a retail setting. The position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity and requires a strong understanding of technology, along with excellent customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a resource for team members, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.

• Maintain a clean and accessible sales floor, ensuring all counters, devices, accessories, and walkways are in good condition.

• Greet and assist customers during peak hours, ensuring they are connected to a sales consultant promptly.

• Conduct regular checks and inspections of inventory in the back of the store, ensuring proper stocking to store standards.

• Participate in the weekly cycle count process, suggesting improvements to enhance the store count process.

• Adapt readily to store management priorities and directions, upholding professionalism and integrity at all times.

• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.

• Carry and lift up to 25-pound boxes and move about the store constantly

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail or sales environment.

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers.

• Knowledge of retail procedures and the ability to accurately process checks.

• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate team members.

• Experience in warehouse management, including cycle count operations.

• Familiarity with store operations and the ability to maintain clean and safe walkways.

• Strong punctuality and attendance records, with the willingness to work overtime if required.

• Ability to maintain a detail-oriented conduct in all interactions.

• Previous experience in a store setting is preferred.

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and navigate the store.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
