Position Overview:
As part of the talented Freedom Boat Club HR Team, you will be the primary HR Partner for our Southwest Florida Club and the Member Experience Center Team. Your stakeholder groups will be operations and sales across 20+ locations between Bradenton and Marco Island, Florida, and a remote call center that services our members’ needs. You will partner closely with the General Manager, Member Experience Director, and leaders across the Club to provide proactive HR partnership and support.

Essential Functions:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business goals.
Act as a mediator and provide solutions for employee issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Facilitate HR initiatives such as performance management, compensation planning, talent review and benefits open enrollment.
Partner effectively with HR specialist groups such as Payroll, Compensation and Benefits and Talent Acquisition
Support organizational change initiatives by advising leaders and managing the impact on employees.
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skill sand career growth.
Provideexcellent employee support while answering requests and questions.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
Executes changes within Workday, the HRIS system
Participates in the creation and maintenance of HR forms, documents and employee files
Coordinate with HR counterparts across the enterprise to ensure alignment and completion of activities.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
5-7 years of relevant HR experience
Experience supporting an hourly workforce
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
High attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
Must handle confidential and sensitive material appropriately and with discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to navigate change and successfully execute change management
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Workday
Working Conditions:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Occasional travel to local dock locations
The anticipated pay range for this position is $61,400 to $98,600, annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
