This role will be responsible for providing technical assistance on inspection systems, methods, and processes to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. The Quality Control Engineer Supervisor will assign tasks, check work, and maintain staffing and production schedules as well as manage inspection programmers and dimensional/visual inspectors. Reports to the Quality Manager. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Metrology, Engineering, Engineering, or a related field. OR 7 years of experience in metrology or quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role. * Strong understanding of metrology principles, standards, and methodologies. * Excellent written or oral communication skills. * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment. * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Ability to work well with team members and members of other departments at various levels. * Intermediate level SAP or ERP experience, strong MS Office skills * Eligible to work in an ITAR environment. * Ability to pass a background check and drug test * 20/20 unaided or corrected vision Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the inspection lab activities, including workload assignment, training, and performance management. Develop staff through training and mentoring. Ensure compliance with metrology procedures & best practices for inspection processes. Perform complex calibrations and measurements and provide technical expertise and guidance to staff as needed. Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards to determine inspection & equipment requirements and acceptance criteria. C
