HP Inc. Principal Product Manager - Office Print Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Vancouver, Washington

As the AI Principal Product Manager for Office Print Solutions, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-powered products and features that enhance the print and scan experiences for our customers. You will leverage your expertise in Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, data science, and product management to identify, define, and deliver innovative solutions that create value for our users and drive business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists, marketers, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI products and features across HP's suite of office print hardware, software, solutions, and workflow experiences. You will also champion and evangelize the AI culture and best practices across the organization and mentor other product managers in the AI domain.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products and features for office print solutions.

  • Lead the discovery, ideation, validation, development, launch, and iteration of AI products and features that solve customer problems and create business value.

  • Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to define, scope, and deliver AI products and features that leverage data assets, analytics, and machine learning.

  • Manage the end-to-end AI product lifecycle, from problem definition, data acquisition, model development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and improvement.

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for AI products and features, and use data and feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements.

  • Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to ensure alignment, quality, and delivery of AI products and features.

  • Evangelize and advocate for AI-driven culture and best practices across the organization, and educate and empower users and stakeholders to leverage AI products and features.

  • Monitor market and business trends, analyze competitors' offerings, and solicit input from customers, partners, technical consultants, and sales teams to inform the AI product direction and innovation.

  • Mentor and coach other product managers in the AI domain and share best practices and learnings.

Education and Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline.

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, software development, or related field, with experience in AI, machine learning, or data science.

  • Previous experience in the print industry or related domains is highly desired.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Expertise in AI, machine learning, data science, and related technologies and tools.

  • Proven track record of delivering impactful AI products and features that drive business value and customer satisfaction.

  • Strong knowledge of data engineering, data modeling, data quality, data governance, data visualization, data analysis, and machine learning.

  • Ability to formulate and test hypotheses, design experiments, and validate assumptions using data and user feedback.

  • Experience with agile software development methodologies and tools.

  • Relentless passion for customer experience and advocacy for ease of use, quality, and reliability.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills catered to a wide variety of audiences, including technical, business, and executive stakeholders.

  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills in matrixed and cross-functional environments.

  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically.

  • Ability to mentor and coach other product managers in the AI domain.

The base pay range for this role is $118,050 to $181,800 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
