GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION The Manufacturing - Sales Liaison Manager is vital in bridging the gap between the manufacturing plant and the sales teams, ensuring efficient and timely communication between sales/customer needs and the manufacturing site. The goal is to increase sales and customer satisfaction. This position involves acting as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries related to manufacturing, supporting the sales team with accurate and timely information, and representing the manufacturing plant in all interactions with sales teams and customers. The Manufacturing - Sales Liaison Manager will also manage customer communication for production deliveries, communicate manufacturing needs to sales/customers, manage Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and maintain high-level organization and administrative support, while traveling up to 20% to support sales activities. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Sales, etc.) 3 years of operations, accounting, management, or procurement experience is required. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. 1-year prior experience in a supervisory role. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is preferred. Ability to pass background check and drug screen Eligible to work in an ITAR environment ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Sales Contact for Manufacturing Plant: o Act as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries related to manufacturing. o Provide timely responses to sales questions concerning delivery schedules and reasons for any delays. 2. Support Sales: o Assist the sales team with any needed information or support to satisfy customer requirements. o Prepare and present relevant data to the sales team to facilitate informed decision-making. 3.
