Aerotek Machine Operator in Vancouver, Washington
Machine Operator
Paying $24.75 / HR
Location - Vancouver, WA
Responsibilities:
Set up machines for production, both within PLC and with mechanical parameters.
Troubleshoot and diagnose quality issues, finding root cause of problems.
Make mechanical adjustments to equipment including conveying systems.
Qualifications:
Must have previous experience with mechanical machine operating (mold press, injection molding, press operating, CNC) or have track record of being mechanically inclined with their interests/hobbies or previous jobs (maintenance, machine operating).
Troubleshooting mindset, getting to the root cause of an issue.
Environment/ Shift:
Make paper bags you would see at grocery stores, as well as plastic bags.
They do the forming of the bags as well as the printing.
Clean environment with a dedicated team to run each machine.
Climate controlled.
Offering extensive training as learning curve to run machines can take a while.
A Shift: Sun - Tue, alternating Wednesdays 4:00am - 4:00pm.
B Shift: Thu-Sat alternating Wednesdays 4:00am - 4:00pm.
C Shift: Sun - Tue, alternating Wednesdays 4:00pm - 4:00am.
D Shift: Thu-Sat, alternating Wednesdays 4:00pm - 4:00am.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.75 - $24.75/hr.
