WSP USA Lead Coordinator, Real Estate Management in Vancouver, Washington

Join our team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client's objectives and solves their challenges. WSP is currently initiating a search for a Lead Real Estate Coordinator. Under minimum supervision, the Lead Real Estate Coordinator performs duties associated with leases.
Your Impact
Process monthly rent schedule and rent deviation report in accordance with real estate leases promptly and accurately for leases.
Review monthly invoices for accuracy and obtain proper approvals for variable charges (i.e. utilities, parking, etc.)
Update global database with updated costs for leases and distribute updated lease abstracts with accounting, finance, and real estate teams.
Review annual reconciliation statements and perform preliminary desk top audits and record true-up payment in database for accounts payable.
Record estimated annual forecasts and distribute updated abstracts with accounting, finance, and real estate teams.
Provide initial or secondary review of updates to financial updates in database for compliance.
Provide critical support in any database conversion/data migration projects.
Coordinate between Lease Admin and Landlord with Vendor Set up and ACH set up for new leases and coordinating payment of first month’s rent and possible security deposit for lease execution.
Complete Vendor Set ups and maintenance for new and updated landlords.
Collaborate with internal and external clients to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
Prepare financial reports and analysis as needed.
Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests from management.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications:
Detail oriented, strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
High school diploma
Minimum of 7 years of administrative experience
Proficiency using Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's Degree

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $53,900 - $85,800
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
