Are you looking for a role where you can build strong patient relationships and contribute to a smooth-running clinic? As a front desk receptionist, you are essentially the air traffic controller of our clinic. Your job is to maintain the most efficient schedule, ensuring that our doctors are on time, have maximized productivity, and manage patient flow effectively. You'll handle the coordination of patient appointments and adjustments to the schedule as needed.

What You'll Do:

• Handle patient appointments.
• Dictate Clinic Flow.
• Build rapport with patients, objection handle, and provide a welcoming experience.
• Manage patient check-ins, process payments, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Coordinate with doctors to ensure they are informed and prepared for any emergencies / changes.
• Handle incoming calls and provide helpful information or direct calls appropriately.
• Check and return voicemail.
