Northwest Medical Associates, in Vancouver, Washington is a small practice with big heart, and a stellar reputation as we have been providing care in SW Washington for over 30 years. As an incomingFamily Medicine Physician, you will inherit a full and established, all ages/ full spectrum patient panel from a retiring provider, which will make it very easy to quickly build a full practice.

• Compensation: 1st year salary guarantee $240K - $260K + wRVU production incentive

Minimum Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Abilities:

• Highly-engaged MD/DO physician

• Board Certification/ Board Eligible and Residency trained in Internal or Family Medicine

• Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients

• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics

• Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications

• In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Respect for patient's confidentiality

• Compassionate and approachable

• Responsible and trustworthy

• Attend work regularly and on time

General Physical Requirements

• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
