Providence Health Plan is calling an Enrollment Specialist, Medicare Advantage and Supplements who will: Be responsible for interacting with senior population aged 65+ and conduct presentations at their group/centers, churches, homes, etc. to sell and promote the Providence Medicare Advantage Products Travel throughout an assigned territory and work directly with community-based organizations, providers, and other sources to obtain referrals Manage their travel and territory efficiently to produce maximum results while generating their own leads Be responsible for meeting monthly enrollment goals Please note the following important details regarding this role: This role is a hybrid position, working a combination of onsite and work from home weekly The weekly hybrid work schedule is defined by manager and departmental needs This role requires for you to be located within a daily commutable distance of our office location listed below: Oregon: Portland Travel throughout an assigned territory is required, the territory is defined as: Counties in Oregon: Washington, Clackamas, Multnomah, Yamhill, Columbia, Hood River County in Washington: Clark Work Week: Monday - Friday Work Shift: Day Weekend coverage will be required and scheduled in advance, coverage is defined by manager and departmental needs Coverage will consist of events and open enrollment sales meetings This position is affiliated with Providence Health Plan and will be tied to a location and compensation range in Portland, Oregon Required qualifications for this position include: 2+ years direct sales or marketing experience, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background Required upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
