We are currently on the lookout for a contract Accounting Manager to join our client's team in Vancouver, Washington for a project engagement. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in the manufacturing industry, managing and overseeing the financial operations of the company. This is a contract employment opportunity that offers a dynamic and challenging work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage financial operations within the company

• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial data

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of financial systems

• Address and resolve financial inquiries and issues in a timely manner

• Monitor and maintain accurate financial records and reports

• Navigate and thrive in situations with high levels of ambiguity

• Collaborate with various teams and departments to ensure financial efficiency

• Act as a key point of contact for all financial-related matters

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives

• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Accounting Manager, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting and financial reporting.

• Proficient in accounting software and office suite.

• Solid knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage various projects at once.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.

• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
