Educational Opportunities for Children & Families Bilingual Spanish-English Enrollment Specialist in Vancouver, Washington

Do you enjoy working with others and making a difference in their lives? Are you fluent in Spanish and English? If so, please join our team as a Bilingual Enrollment Specialist. The Enrollment Specialist (officially titled Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, Attendance Specialist-ERSEA) is a member of EOCF's child enrollment team and focuses on conducting outreach and recruitment activities, establishing and maintaining program enrollment, and supporting the monitoring of children's attendance. Bilingual English-Spanish required. This benefited position is scheduled for 40 hours per week. Pay rate is $19.90. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday with some evening and weekend events.

    Required Education:

  • High school diploma/equivalent

    Required Experience:

  • One year of interpreting experience.

  • One year of experience with calendar management.

  • One year of experience with client intake .

  • Two years of working experience in web-based data entry and accessing data for reporting purposes .

    • Knowledge of:
  • Available services and resources for families and children in the community related to health, employment, and childcare.

    • Technological proficiency ; Microsoft Suite
    • Effective customer service, group presentations, and communication skills in working with people from varying backgrounds and cultures.

    Interviews to begin once a qualified pool is reached.
