Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.

• Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters

• Monitor baking processes to ensure products are baked to perfection and meet quality standards.

• Participate in shaping, molding, and decorating various baked goods, including bread, pastries.

• Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.

• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet production targets efficiently.

• Assist in inventory management by accurately counting and recording ingredients and finished products.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute ideas for process improvement and innovation.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 25lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
