Description :

We are seeking a general laborer to assist in utility construction. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of previous construction experience and valid driver’s license. As a general laborer, you will set grade for pipe to grade, assist pipe layers to connect pipe, moving materials from

trucks with front end loader. Company will assist laborers in getting CDL.

Pay : $20 - $25/HR (Pay is Based on Experience)

Hours : Monday thru Friday 6:30am to 4:30pm and Some Saturdays are required

Location : Valley, NE

Responsibilities :

• Shoveling rock and other material to help set pipe to grade.

• Assist pipe layers when connecting pipe (hold pipe in place, place sealant on rims, tape off ends of pipe)

• Climbing in and out of trenches via ladders (trenches are all compliant with OSHA, trench boxes, benched, etc.)

• Moving material from trucks with front end loaders if they have experience with heavy equipment

Requirements :

• 1 year of previous construction experience

• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions

• Ability to lift 100 LBS
