Our client's established growing company is in search of a driven and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to join their team in Valley Center. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in the operations and delivery of our products, shaping the course of our company’s growth. As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for the ultra-efficient orchestration of daily logistics tasks. You'll plan, manage, and implement schedules to ensure the timely delivery of products, oversee the logistics team and strive for a clear and productive flow of operations.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations, such as warehousing, inventory, transportation, and supply chain processes.

• Work closely with suppliers and customers to improve operations and reduce cost.

• Ensure logistics processes align with the business goals and objectives.

• Coordinate and manage schedules, products, and employees effectively to increase efficiency.

• Implement health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with logistics legislation.

  Requirements

• Proven experience as Logistics Manager or similar role.

• Ability to implement process improvements, quality checks, and operations materials.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a team.

• Excellent knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.

• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities.
