Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Valencia, California. As a part of our team, your main role will be to handle customer inquiries, maintain accurate data, and ensure efficient processing of customer applications. In this role, you will also monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications

• Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions and transactions

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to customer accounts

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to gather necessary information and provide updates

• Take on additional tasks and projects as required to support the team and clients

• Use Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for data entry and other tasks

• Coordinate with team members to schedule appointments and manage customer accounts

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls in a detail oriented and effective manner

• Use email correspondence as a means of communication with customers and colleagues, ensuring all information is conveyed accurately and promptly. Requirements • Proven experience in efficiently and detail-orientedly answering inbound calls.

• Prior experience in a call center customer service role is essential.

• Demonstrated customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints.

• Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage email correspondence, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner.

• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create and edit documents.

• Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are accurately logged and tracked.
