ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Advisement and oversight of Student Association, clubs, organizations, advisors and all student events. Establishment of systems related to clubs and organizations that includes training, certification, record keeping and officer transition.

  • Coordinate transfer and first year orientation programs, including overseeing implementation, marketing, and assessment of in-person and online programs

  • Create and support leadership opportunities and programs for student leaders across campus. Develop and implement Poly Leads program.

  • Support campus efforts within the Engage platform, including campus calendaring, marketing, and co-curricular transcripts.

  • Other reasonable duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Master's degree in from a college or university accredited by the US Department of Education or internationally recognized accrediting organization in education, higher education administration, student affairs or related field. Preferably in student personnel with progressive experience in management and administration of student activities or a student union

Ability to work independently a must.
