Who is MacLellan HVAC & Mechanical?

MacLellan HVAC & Mechanical is seeking multiple technician levels to provide comprehensive HVAC and mechanical services for a Vance, AL facility. The scope of work will include equipment maintenance and repair for buildings with a variety of HVAC equipment. We respond and mobilize for both emergency and planned events. Our goal is to minimize operating expenses and equipment downtime while improving productivity, service, and comfort.

What are the skills & experience necessary for success?

• Lead Technicianskills and experience will include the ability to perform repairs and problem solving for multiple buildings on this site. Preferred is a minimum of 7 years commercial/industrial experience in HVAC and a minimum of 2 years leadership experience. The Lead Technician will provide scheduling assistance, customer support and team leadership for the site.

• Technician 3skills and experience will include the ability to perform repairs and problem solving for multiple buildings on this site. Preferred is a minimum of 5 years commercial/industrial experience in HVAC.

• Technician 2skills and experience will include the ability to perform repairs and assist with the maintenance schedule for multiple buildings on this site. Preferred is a minimum of 3 years commercial experience in HVAC.

• Technician 1skills and experience will include the ability to work safely and perform maintenance tasks. Preferred is a minimum of 1 year HVAC & Mechanical or similar trade experience.

  Pre-Employment Drug Testing Notification and Policy:

• After a conditional offer of employment, all job applicants at MacLellan Integrated Services will undergo testing for the presence of illegal drugs.

• Applicants will be required to submit voluntarily to a urine specimen test at a laboratory chosen by the Company. Any applicant who refuses to submit to a drug test or is suspected by the lab to have tampered with the specimen will not be considered for employment.

• Prior to testing, an applicant will be given the opportunity to list all prescription drugs used and their purpose. All legal drugs found in a drug test result will be verified by a Medical Review Officer (MRO), who will verify that prescriptions are valid and being used at the prescribed amounts and that said amounts are reflected appropriately in the urine.

• Any applicant with a confirmed positive test will be denied employment.

  Post-Employment Drug Testing:

• All employees can be drug tested randomly, upon suspicion, post-accident or any other purpose allowed by law.
