Job Description

In this critical role, you will be responsible for building and owning the pricing strategy for our portfolio of software solutions. You will leverage your expertise in pricing and data analysis to develop strategies that maximize revenue, customer acquisition, and market share.

Job Duties:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand pricing trends and opportunities.

  • Develop and implement pricing models for individual products and bundled offerings.

  • Analyze the impact of different pricing strategies on key business metrics.

  • Recommend pricing structure and level changes to optimize pricing across all products.

  • Collaborate closely with product management, sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment between pricing strategy and overall business goals.

  • Own and manage the pricing infrastructure, ensuring accurate and efficient pricing implementation.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, preferably in B2B enterprise software

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies that drive growth.

  • Familiarity with sensitivity analysis, cohort analysis, and advanced modeling capabilities.

  • Comfortable dealing with uncertainty by creating structure and prioritizing effectively. Able to handle multiple priorities with flexibility and accountability.

  • Bias-to-action, including ability to translate pricing concepts into actions plans and results.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools and techniques.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Additional Requirements and Details:

  • Travel required up to 10% of the time.

  • Located and working from an office location.

  • Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.

  • Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (working on a computer, etc.).

  • Frequent sitting and/or standing.
