Responsibilities:

  • Achieve substantial sales and profitability growth both with existing and new product portfolio for designated regional customer base

  • Manage customer relationships, sales, projects, and stakeholders by having customer facing interactions that account for minimum 50% of your time; including delivering product and concept presentations tailored to your customers’ needs

  • Liaise with Global Key account managers to aide in the regional adaptation on the overall customer strategy

  • Work together on the regional implementation of the Beauty & Care (B&C) Strategy, emphasizing skincare actives and customer segmentation, while also contributing to global sales targets.

  • Make strategic business decisions to optimize our skin care portfolio, enhance product positioning, and refine customer segmentation for regional markets, all in alignment with established global strategies.

  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and Regional Commercial Lead to negotiate pricing agreements that align with company guidelines

  • Responsible for relaying internal customer forecasts, competitive insights, and market conditions to ensure seamless service delivery

This position can be in a home office of the US. Position level and Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training. This position is also eligible for bonuses and benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided. Salary $130,000-162,500.

You bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or technical field plus a minimum of 8 years of experience in B-to-B sales, marketing, or commercial roles

  • In-depth understanding of the Beauty and care market with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering measurable results

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive implementation and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, CRM, Power BI)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to bring people together and foster collaboration and relationships both internally and externally

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, strategic thinking with strong result-oriented approach and strong time management skills to provide the right balance to customer facing activities and internal obligations

  • The ability to travel up to 50%
