Our client, a leader in Aerospace Technologies, Building Automation, Energy and Sustainability Solutions, and Industrial Automation business segments is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Manufacturing department supporting aerospace team. The ideal candidate will have strong self-motivation, excellent decision-making skills, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Advanced Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Urbana, OH
Pay Range: $25-$35
What’s the Job?
Swapping out or installing equipment or new systems in the facility
working on manufacturing equipment projects
read and interpret part drawings and aviation related specifications.
Identify failure modes and determine RCCA.
Identify opportunities for tooling and/or fixturing and make design
What’s Needed?
2+ years of experience working on manufacturing equipment projects
Experience working in capital projects in a manufacturing plant
Read and interpret part drawings and BOM
Must be able to Identify failure modes and determine RCCA.
Ability to use calipers, micrometers, height gage and feature checking gages
Experience in the aerospace industry, automotive industry or manufacturing industries
