    Position Summary:

    The Project Manager leads key projects for the organization. The PM leads projects and teams through all phases of assigned projects. Utilizes project management processes, methods, and tools to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations. Successful engagement and alignment will be indicated when project teams are eager to work with the project implementation function to define, plan, and implement projects.

    Qualifications:

    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Related Field CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS Project Management Professional (PMP). PMP Certification must be obtained within two (2) years of start date in position. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Four (4) Project Management SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Independence, responsibility, accountability and good judgment. Ability to work with diverse groups to initiate, plan, execute, monitor/control, and close projects as well as to develop and implement metrics to measure project success.

    Essential Functions:

  • Responsible and accountable for the entire assigned project life cycle from initiation to closing.

  • Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas; and develop methods to monitor project or area progress.

  • Manage project budget and resource allocation

  • Partner with internal technical resources as needed to ensure project goals are met.
