JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Student Orientation and Transition Programs is seeking two part-time employees to help plan and develop Welcome Week at the University Park campus. The part-time program coordinators will assist with event planning, contracting, event execution, and more. Proficiency in Office 365 and a strong attention to detail is required. This part-time position will average 15 hours/week and includes an hourly wage of $18.00/hour.

There are two positions available. One position will provide plan and develop Summer Welcome and candidates must be available through July 1, 2024. The second position will plan and develop fall welcome and candidates must be available through September 1.

This position requires a bachelor’s degree. A master’s degree in higher education and experience with Penn State systems is preferred.
