Home energy professionals can quickly grow through work experience and paid training. We are willing to invest in the right person with paid education and paid wages while you learn. Education is a combination of online and in person classes at Penn College, Clean Energy Center in Williamsport, Latrobe, and other locations in PA.

Energy Auditor is a residential energy efficiency professional who evaluates the efficiency, health, and safety of homes. They conduct field measurements to identify areas for savings and make a plan to review the Audit with the client/s all while educating them on energy saving tips they coould do on their own.  Auditors do play a vital role in ensuring existing homes are energy-efficient, healthy, and safe for occupants. Auditors combine their extensive knowledge of building science and keen investigative skills to identify energy savings opportunities for their customers, and then develop work orders for the retrofit installers to follow.
