Job Title: Test Engineer

Job Description

Design, develop, document, and implement quartz crystal test plans, test cases, and testing procedures for quartz crystal electronic testing systems. Use electronic testing equipment such as quartz crystal temperature testing systems, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators to perform tests. Analyze test results, document findings, and provide feedback to production and development teams. Diagnose and troubleshoot defects and issues within electronic test systems. Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, procedures, and results. Prepare test reports, summaries, and presentations for engineering and management teams. Propose enhancements to existing test processes and procedures to improve efficiency and product reliability. Maintain shipping records, location, and test data for inventoried quartz crystals.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, document, and implement quartz crystal test plans, test cases, and testing procedures.

  • Use electronic testing equipment such as quartz crystal temperature testing systems, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.

  • Analyze test results, document findings, and provide feedback to production and development teams.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot defects and issues within electronic test systems.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, procedures, and results.

  • Prepare test reports, summaries, and presentations for engineering and management teams.

  • Propose enhancements to existing test processes and procedures to improve efficiency and product reliability.

  • Maintain shipping records, location, and test data for inventoried quartz crystals.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency with electronic testing tools such as network analyzers, multimeters, and signal generators.

  • 3+ years of experience in testing and troubleshooting electronic systems or related experience in electronics engineering.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with LabVIEW.

  • Knowledge of RF/Microwave testing and analysis.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to develop and follow detailed test plans and procedures.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00
