Growing manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Engineering Test Lab Manager. This position is located near Uniondale, New York. The Engineering Test Lab Manager will support the assembly, alignment, testing of electronic component assemblies starting with PC sub-assemblies to modules to system integration.

The salary is commensurate with experience ranging up to $150K, plus other great benefits! All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

responsibilities:

• Generate in-process test procedures and data sheets for PCA's, modules, and top-level system testing

• Design and creation of system interface test fixturing

• Review of customer performance specifications (EQ spec) and customer supplied documentation i.e. parts/material/process program requirements
