Hiring for General Production Worker

Job Description

• This is an entry-level production position on the 2nd shift, working four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday, 4 PM to 2 AM.

• The General Production Worker will be responsible for working on the line to ensure products are filled and bottled correctly to specifications.

• Responsibilities include documentation, following safety guidelines, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor line performance, conducting periodic quality checks and adjusting as needed.

• Spot check weights of filled products to ensure correct weights.

• Complete written documentation.

• Visually inspect finished products to ensure there are no defects such as broken caps, smudged labels, or contamination.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring the line area is picked up at the end of the shift so the next shift is set up for success.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production or a fast-paced work environment (open to restaurant, warehouse, or other goal-oriented places).

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Skills in production, picking, packing, general labor, hand tool usage, line operation, order picking, general production, packaging line, packaging, pick, foodservice, and sanding.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
