Your Role

As a Kitting Specialist you will be responsible for moving materials within the warehouse and the loading / unloading of materials onto or from vehicles utilizing a forklift, reach truck, order picker or other heavy material handling equipment. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, verification, shipping/manifesting, screening and other various duties as assigned to ensure the full and efficient operation of the warehouse. You will work Monday - Friday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm and will be paid weekly at $18.75 per hour.

Your Responsibilities

• Verify required inbound paperwork with drivers, ensuring that all products are properly counted

• Ensure inbound and outbound deliveries are accurate and free of damage

• “Dangerous Goods”: when receiving dangerous goods, the necessary procedures must be followed and these shipmentsmust be stored in the designated section of the warehouse.

• Understand and adhere to local, State, and Federal regulations inclusive, but not limited, to OSHA, DOT, EPA and othergovernment agencies. Certification is required to handle any hazardous material(s).

• Use Material Handling Equipment to pick, verify and pack orders according to standard practice.

• Other duties as assigned.

Your Skills and Experiences

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1 year of recent experience in a warehousing or distribution environment

• Can lift up to 50 pounds

• Can walk or stand for extended periods of time while wearing steel toe or composite toe shoes in a non-climate controlled environment

• Must be a U.S. citizen
