Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electro Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the field and be capable of assembling parts for various industries including medical, automotive, and aerospace. This role involves working primarily on products for a major customer. The assembler will work both independently and collaboratively on a day shift.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand schematics and drawings.

• Assemble cable harnesses and perform box builds.

• Demonstrate a high level of detail orientation in all tasks.

• Perform soldering and use various tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, calipers, torque tools, and crimping tools for small pins.

• Conduct electrical and valve assembly.

• Execute point-to-point wiring and basic wiring tasks.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in reading schematics and drawings.

• Experience with cable harness assembly.

• Ability to perform box builds.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Skilled in soldering.

• Familiarity with using tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, calipers, torque tools, and crimping tools for small pins.

• Experience in electrical assembly and valve assembly.

• Competency in point-to-point wiring and basic wiring tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Pneumatic assembly experience.

• Ability to multitask effectively.

Work Environment

The role is based in a clean room environment alongside approximately 15 other assemblers. The work involves reporting to a supervisor and collaborating with a dedicated team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
