ManpowerGroup Entry-level Inside Sales Representative in Union City, California

Our client, a leading company in the marketing and advertising industry, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join their team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting Account Executives and Sales Associates. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Associate

Location: Union City, CA

Pay Range: $21.00/hr

What’s the Job?

  1. Provide support to Account Executives by handling daily tasks including insertion orders, layouts, proofs, copy changes, and administrative duties.

  2. Assist Account Executives in achieving and exceeding their monthly budget targets.

  3. Process new sales leads and manage correspondence between the sales team and clients.

  4. Provide data and reports to support the sales team’s efforts.

  5. Interact with potential and existing clients, schedule appointments for Account Executives and Sales Associates.

What’s Needed?

  1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  3. Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  5. Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
