The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour This range is a goodfaith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.

What you'll be doing as a Event Staff Worker:

• Assist with site setup while working under the mentorship of the event manager

• Take pride in delivering excellent customer service

• Unload trucks and place equipment in staging areas for assembly

• Build tents, Staff pipe and drape configurations for trade show booths, and arrange tables and chairs

• Help with the teardown of events, take inventory of all items, and pack them for easy use at the next event

• Moving staging, lighting, audio and other misc equipment from loading docks and into various areas of the Arena.

• Associates will then assist with general help to the road crews that are doing the installs.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in event work or a similar fast-paced industry is preferred

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic environment

• Capable of remaining in a stationary position for extended periods

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds

• Must be able to understand and speak English
